When glycol is used instead of water, you are able to enter a special freezing point. Where it won't freeze your beer/cider but will ice up the outside of the font, this is dependent on the strength of your beer. If you are using dispensing light beer, it may freeze. Not recommended for Soda Water lines if you are using glycol for ice look.
This T-Bar font is specifically designed to be used our G40.1 IceMaster Chiller or the G80 IceMaster Chiller. If you are serving in a warmer climate we would recommend double looping your liquid lines on the G80 unit. If you can manage to keep your kegs cold or simply the beverage exiting the glycol chiller with one pass-through, then the G40.1 is ideal.
You may also want to think about a flooded drip tray that you can build into your setup. We recommend the 480mm Wide Plinth Drip tray. This drip tray has not been pre-drilled for the T-Bar Font, as you may wish to use different beverage taps and fittings that could miss the drip tray completely

- 70mm Hole required through benchtops (e.g. Bunnings~Sutton 70mm Holesaw)
Specifications:
2 x 10mm Glycol Inlet and Outlet Barbs. Inlet is lower pipe.
4 x 4mm x 8mm EVABarrier Internal Hosing
- Twist Locking anchor with three tension bolts. Can be mounted on a bench up to 90mm thick.
- 304 Stainless steel, Coated in a durable clear gloss finish.
These T-Bar Fonts come pre fitted internally with hosing. With about 50mm of hosing past the base of the unit for you to attach your fittings. Even though this has been pre-fitted, it will still require leak tests.

4 x KL04954 K-Lok Tap Shank Adaptors
4 x Tap Handles of your choice
1 x KL06231 Roll of 5mm x 8mm EVABarrier Hosing (this is your beverage liquid line, it can also be used for gas)
1 x KL18142 2m Roll of 10mm ID x 13mm OD Hosing (for glycol line) [you may need more hosing depending on where the Glycol chiller will be to the Font]
Glycol System Options:
KL04114 G40.1 IceMaster Glycol Chiller - 4 Lines [Side Product Entry]. (If your kegs are already cold. This unit can only drop 15°C to 20°C with one passthrough)
KL28165G80 IceMaster Chiller [Top Product Entry]. 8 Lines [Top Product Entry] (Recommended if you are going to be serving in a warmer climate, double loop the lines)
